150 g. of Swallow Brand Chinese Noodles
7-8 pieces of peeled shrimp
2 eggs
1 tbsp. dried shrimp
1 tbsp. sliced yellow hard tofu
100 g. bean sprouts
30 g. sliced chive leaves
3 tbsp. oil
Pad-Thai sauce: 1 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 tbsp. tamarind, 1 tbsp. cane coconut sugar
Side dish: roasted peanut, fresh lime, banana blossom, bean sprouts, ground chili

Tips : Recommendations: Use large amounts of water to reduce the noodle's saltiness and make the noodles soft and sticky.

Drain the noodle into the colander.
To firm the noodle rinse the noodles past cold water. If the noodle still salty, rinse the noodles past cold water again)
Drain the Swallow Brand Chinese Noodles into the colander.

Directions Chinese Noodles Pad Thai
Set a pot on medium heat, add fish sauce, tamarind, and cane coconut sugar braised until striped. Set aside.
Set a pan on medium heat. Add cooking oil.
When the oil is hot, add chopped preserved radish and sliced yellow hard tofu. Stir until sliced yellow hard tofu is cooked.
Add peeled shrimp. Stir until the peeled shrimp is cooked.
Add Swallow Brand Chinese Noodles and Pad Thai sauce.
Add eggs on the empty side. When the eggs are cooked, Add dried shrimp, bean sprouts, and sliced chive leaves.
Ready to serve, eat with roasted peanuts, fresh lime, banana blossom, bean sprouts, and ground chili for better taste.
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat
Simmer until the brown sugar is dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes
(Do not let it reduce any further once the sugar is dissolved or it won't be the right consistency for making Pad Thai)
